BMW of Carlsbad

I was looking for a used 2023 or 2022 X3 but was not able to find one that was gray color with light interior. My last car was a 2004 Jaguar XJ and I loved the car but it was time to move on. I was online and saw the car I wanted - new though - but “in transit” at BMW Carlsbad. I emailed them and Nicolas Munoz got right back to me. We discussed the car and deal and he reserved it for right then. So easy that I was a bit nervous since I had not been in the car market for many years. Picked the car up about 3 weeks later and love it. I could not have had an easier purchase. Nicolas set up all the technology…BMW app….. everything. He showed me all the things the car can do like parking assistance, etc. what an asset he is to this dealership. Loving the car.
