BMW of Carlsbad

I had an appointment to meet Fred at BMW Carlsbad to cash buy a 2022 Toyota Rav 4, I walked into the dealership, thinking that they would greet me to see if I needed anything. I stood at the entrance of the new car side, there were about 6 white salesmen there, did anyone of them ask me if i needed any help, not one. I was pressed for time, cause i had flew in from Maryland so i was tired. I finally asked them to get Fred, and it took about 6 hrs to complete a cash transaction. I understand that they have to try to sell you the service package but they tried too hard. Don't get me wrong the car was great, but the process and the customer service fro their salesmen standing around leaves me not impressed. That's the reason i hate dealing with car dealerships, and try to do everything before i get their cause i don't want to hear their BS. Fred my salesman was great, but he is new.
