Don’t buy from Carlsbad BMW

Unprofessional sales people. Can’t find listed cars, claim cars are CLO, but at purchase time they are not. 5day 500 mile give back, no flexibility. We took x7 skiing, called them in 2 days, 380 miles we didn’t want it but that it takes 380 to bring back to them. Manager said “too bad”, they will buy back at $13k less than purchased. Bad
