Toyota of Santa Cruz

To be clear, I'm very happy with the used truck I bought, and even my (limited) experience with their Service department, but the Finance guy (Alex) downright lied to me when he sold me a "prepaid" service package, ensuring me that my upcoming 60,000 mile maintenance would be covered. Well, I only discovered that what he sold me was "oil changes and fluids" when I drove an hour to get there for the 60,000 mile work. By the time they "refunded" me the package, they had pro-rated it and the one (!) oil change they had done for me so far wound up costing me $450! I'm not happy, and won't be back. I'll be taking my truck to a local service business closer to home from here out. And I will not be buying from them again. I should have known better. If you want to be left feeling like a fool too, then this is the place for you.
