Stay away! I had the pleasure of having Jason hallmark as my service representative. I really didn't want to make a review on him because I feel bad for his family but this guy has no business being a service representative. A grown child, absolutely acts like he's 15. Reminds me of guys back in high school but legit looks like he's in his 50s. I brought my car in for a possible recall and he gave me a quote and when I questioned him about it he casually the next day tells me everything is normal and this is just the way the car functions. Ohhh the change in heart...??? I come to pick up my car and he tells me "all his systems are down" and he will email me documents stating that this problem is normal by June 30th of last month. Well guess what he never sent it and l've contacted him over 3 times and refuses to respond or send me my vehicles service report. How is this professional?! Like a said dealing with a 15 year old. Mercedes is laughable for this one. Honestly I can easily forward all this info to the better business bureau but you are just wasting my time and I take that seriously
