WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NB: I have never left a bad review because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But our experience with Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills was so bad that I feel that I owe it to other consumers to avoid the mistake of using this dealership for service. They do not honor appointments. They do not communicate with you or make any progress on your car unless you call them and ask them for updates; even then, neither the supervisors nor the services advisors call or text you back with simple updates. They took TWO WEEKS to fix our AC and in the end, they only released our car because we agreed to pay for an unnecessary part that the warranty company warned us was likely a scam. And worst of all, there is no accountability whatsoever! They literally do not care that they have taken your car for two weeks and instead, continue telling you that they are busy and you should understand that. I truly cannot believe that a brand like Mercedes Benz accepts this dishonest and poor standard. I will continue to report this dishonest and poor service to anyone who will listen because this is just plain wrong!!
