Went browsing for cars after dropping off my car for an oil change. Joe was very friendly and let me drive a 2019 Jetta with 39,000 that was priced almost right. The downward was some cracks on the front window, he said that was going to ask to replace it because should’t be there like that. He also said that has a 6 year warranty, which sounded very attractive. Anyways they gave me a good offer for my trade and told them I was going to come later and I did. 2 days later went to drop off my car title and the I found out that the Warranty was 72,0000 miles , which they never mentioned before and my window still hasn’t been replaced. Lies and promising comes in handy at this dealership.
