Service took way longer than expected

onI scheduled a 7am appointment (the first of the morning) and was there for just over 4 hours to have my oil changed, tires rotated and my oil pressure gauge replaced. I never would have anticipated that it would take 4 hours to get that work done. I can only give 3 stars because of the time it took to maintenance my car.
