All the forms that are provided to you state exactly what you agree upon and nothing less than that. The experience was very pleasant and would do it again if I had too. Appraisals are very accurate as well and you don’t have to wait all day to figure out how much your car is worth for trade in. There is nothing i disliked about the whole experience at this dealership. The sales associate that’s worked me through the process was nice and very understanding and explaining of everything from the car to the pre-finance department.
