Jean the salesman was great courteous after the sale. Unhappy with interest rate given after promised by Vantagewest that I would have a lower interest rate. Mr. Camacho has called me once but there are still issues. I had to go to Vantagewest to have things straightened out. I requested Mr. Camacho call me, the way the phone systems are there I doubt seriously if he even got my message. I was wanting to add cap insurance and ask some questions. I will call USAA and ask what they can do for me for gap insurance.
