I had an 11:00 AM appointment and did not get out of there until 1:30 PM, although part of the delay was installing a new battery. Two (2) other individuals ahead of me seemed a little miffed for delays of their service work. When they came and told me my truck was done, I was told it was done 20 minutes earlier, but they were held up by another customer.
