My entire service experience was amazing. The repairs, oil change, free tire rotation, and complimentary beautifully detailed car wash was done in a timely manner. I dropped my XT5 off in the morning, driven home (20 miles), and picked up/driven back to Earnhardt Cadillac that afternoon. Steve in service did everything and more which a customer would hope to receive from any dealership. Bar none, this was the best service I’ve ever experienced in all my years of interacting with Dealerships. When I am ready to buy my next car, I will undoubtedly look to Earnhardt first!
