5 Star because I feel that in the end they made an effort to help me get a vehicle at a price that fit my budget. Went in and was treated poorly by one of the sales associates. Upset me to the point that I got up and walked out. Shortly after the sales manager KB called me to find out what happened and to tell me they would do whatever it takes to work with me. Later that evening I went back in, got a lower rate and the car at the price I was expecting. After the contact was signed and while I was waiting for my car. The finance officer Luis Martinez asked me to come back inside and wrote up a new contract with a 2.5 % lower rate. He didn't even try to haggle price or extras! Just dropped my rate because his manager told him to. Needless to say, I left the dealership much happier the second time than I did the first. Everyone else that worked with me was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back but only if I could work with those individuals mentioned here. I was thinking a 4 star would be enough but since they were willing to help out and get my cost lower, I gave them a 5! Thank you for making things right. It would have been great if this is how it was the first round.
