After chats, emails, pricing and financing with sales staff, drove 3 hours from Yuma to look at two different EV models. When I got there, only the Acura was operable. The Lexus had no charge. I drove the Acura and decided I didn't like it. Instead of charging the Lexus they bad mouthed it and said Lexuses can't take the heat........serious. They then tried to sell me on the Acura. When I said I needed to drive the Lexus before making a decision, they looked at the rest of their inventory and found two others. They checked on them and found they also had no charge....instead of charging one of them they said they needed to be taken to Lexus for service....Bill Luke has good prices but shopper beware!
