If your time is worth anything to you, don't bother with Bell Honda. I pre-negotiated a deal via email, then drove across town in traffic to find out they wouldn't honor it. First the salesperson said the car I wanted was on the lot but was getting unwrapped/detailed after being unloaded. Once I turned down their trade-in offer (which was literally half of what I received the next day when i sold it), they claimed the color combo I wanted had to be shipped over from another dealer and would cost $400 more. Strangely enough, this amount was almost exactly the difference between Bell Honda's original quote and the price negotiated via email. The salesperson emailed me after I left to try and defend his actions. He claimed I had asked for a different color via email, but I have all of the email communication showing I never specified a preference ahead of time.

The key is to get everything in writing in the email exchange, including the underlying price, the doc fees, the license fee, the sales tax and the out the door price. Then get a VIN #. These documents would hold up in a court of law to support a contract and I can't imagine a dealer would be so stupid as to spend attorney's fees trying to defend against such a certain contract.
