Put down a refundable deposit on a vehicle that we ended up not getting in early December 2023. Was told it would take 7-10 business days to receive the refund, and it’s now been well over 10 business days and still have not received the refund, and am finding it difficult to get responses out of anyone through phone calls, texts, or emails.
