These people are [non-permissible content removed], one person says this then next time you come back another staff says a different thing. They say you pay 200$ for your finance application to be sent to the banks, and you get refunded if you’re not approved but then their manager said he wasn’t going to refund me even if I had a written and signed statement saying that he was going to refund me if I was not approved! No work ethic whatsoever!! They just want money, they don’t care about the customer!
