Cut throat atmosphere

When we arrived for our appointment at 2:30 pm we met our sales rep. He was a great guy. However another sales rep came over and argued with our sales rep to force him to give us up. We told the other sales rep no. We wanted our original rep. The rest of the 6 hours we were there he kept giving is death stares. Really unprofessional. If it was not for our amazing sales rep. We would of left the dealership immediately.
