Thanks for the survey. About a month ago I purchased (cash) from your Parts Department a bulb (ACDelco ACD#13591404, Yellow #W19-101-A2, handwritten # 7443) for my front headlight. It took the sales rep some time to determine the correct bulb from headlamps parts diagram. I tried to replace the bulb at home but could not reach the area required for the replacement. So when I made the service apt for an oil change and recall work I requested they replace the bad bulb and give them the bulb I obtained from the Parts Dept. When picking up my vehicle I was informed the bulb I provided was not the correct bulb but they did replace the bad bulb with right bulb. So I took the bulb I purchased back to the parts department but the long and short of it I still have the bulb I purchased. Not having the sale paper work did not help the situation. The parts person implied the bulb was from their inventory. I like to return the bulb if possible for a refund if memory is good it was around $17-$18 dollars On Wed Dec-30 I responded to an email from Joel Ewy, Parts & Service Director giving him the above information and have not received a response yet to my email.
