Excellent service. Only suggestion would be to establish a line or provide a better way of communicating. Example: Customer calls service, gets to main reception, then gets transferred to service reception, then gets transferred to service main line which may get answered or may not. No option to leave voicemail unless going thru the steps listed above again and leave a message to receptionist. This involves multiple calling back and forth between customer and service department. Service personnel always leaves message and keeps me posted about the work performed but the service time may get prolonged if waiting on confirmation/agreement.
