After getting the run around and the hung on from Berge Ford, I called Robert Horn Ford. Immediately, I was amazed how the first man I spoke went above and beyond to get me in touch with the service department regarding my car's issue. No one was answering, so he walked my name and number all the way over to the service department to give to Toby the service manager so he could call me right back. Toby called me right away and was very proactive in getting everything set up so I could drop off my car for repair and pick up my rental car before they closed given that it was a holiday weekend, and I couldn't be without a functioning car. I truly appreciate everything Toby did for me and how both of the men I had interactions with, went above and beyond any and all expectations I had. I will definitely keep Robert Horn Ford in mind when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.
