I bought 4 new tires and the installer left a white wax film all around the rim on the tire it was very hard to get off and not sure what it's from. Also when doing an oil change standard procedure should be to reset the computer for the oil change. Not sure if it was because of the Cadillac brand but should have ask or simply just forgot.
