Robert Horne Ford

I could not beleive that Robert Horne Ford did not even wash the pickup that i had taken in for service. The left greasy finger prints on the hood of the vehicle and on the doors and didn't even take the time to clean the vehcle. There was another lady there picking up her expedition and I noticed as I followed her out to the freeway that the vehicle she just picked up from service had an extremely low tire. I just can not believe that they don't check anything like all of the other Ford dealerships do to make sure that you are on the road safely. I would recommend driving a little further to deal with a company that is trying to keep your business not just stay afloat.
