This was very first "brand new" car. Dale Hickey was personable and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. When he was attending to another buyer who arrived before me, I was not left alone. His colleague Les showed me around and let me test drive a 2016 Escape. Once I decided to make the purchase, Dale took my husband and I through the process without any pressure. Then, he was right there by my side for the tutorial and syncing up of my phone. I know for a fact that I never would have understood all that had I been left to read about it and set it up for myself. Dale is to be commended for his knowledge and personality. Brian in Finance was great to work with too. He went through all the documents page by page.
