onI took my 2014 E-450 in for service and they did a great job. While there, the service department was installing a new software system which was causing havoc for everyone. Well, I had to wait for over an hour just to get the paper work done. What a mess!! Anyway, Josh was very helpful in trying to get things done quickly and did.Three cheers for Josh....boo for the new system.
