Unreliable Ford

onRobert Horne Ford service division is excellent. Our experience with them has always been one of confidence and accountability. Since the purchase of our 2008 Ford Edge, spring of 2014, we have had nothing but service issues with the vehicle. Our confidence in Ford reliability has been undermined by the continued uncertainty of that much needed reliability. This being said, our plans are to sell the vehicle at first opportunity and to replace it with a different make & model. We had high hopes with this Ford but have been severely disappointed and will not pursue any further relationships with Ford. Regards
