My visit was very good. Both Tyler and Lou were very friendly and extremely cooperative with addressing my problem. I was extremely pleased with the work performed. When I drove in, I was very dissatisfied with the excessive early wear on the drivers seat. When the Escape was delivered after the repair, it looked like a new car. All I can say is, "Thanks for a job, well done."
