onI had been having issues with the vents in my Ford Escape, especially during the hot months of summer. After two or three appointments, it seems like Toby and the staff may have solved the problem as I have had no issues of late. However, at one of the appointments, I purchased a new battery and Toby gave me a rebate coupon for which I believe was $50 if I recall. I filled out the rebate information request within a day of receiving it. I received all the information back in the mail that the rebate had expired. I was rather disappointed as that was one reason I made the decision to do the battery.
