All taken care of in the end, thanks to management

onWe had $2500 worth of service done on our f150, only to receive it back with several issues that we had to have readdressed. We ended up dealing with the manager of Service, Scott, and he comforted us by promising to take care of the obvious concerns. He did indeed get everything done properly and we are, at this time very, satisfied with the extra attention we were given to clear up these matters. We only wish we hadn't needed to get him involved by having everything done correctly the first time. We will do business with Robert Horne Ford in the future.
