Tami from the Serice Dept is the reason why I'll continue to bring my families vehicles to Kendall Ford service dept. She goes above and beyond, and makes you feel welcomed. This is my third trip to the service dept, and she remembered me from the previous two times in. The last time I was in was a month and half ago, now that's awesome service. She's the smiling face with a great personality that every Kendall dealership needs. Ken Gillum
