Brittanie was friendly in her greeting, patient with all my questions. She listened to my personal wants in a vehichle and help me find what I both needed and fit within my budget. Jessie, in finance, listened to my concerns and was open in sharing how she went about to find me a good finance deal. I never felt any "upsale pressure" but was presented with options such as an extended warranty and witch lending institute was offering what rate. It was a good, positive, experience. Both of these team members made me comfortable with the experience and purchase.
