onEverything was great except that I purchased the scotch guard treatment for my seats on my new Ford Edge. I was told they were too busy the day I purchased the car to do it "which I understand" and that they would be contacting me to set me up a date to get it done. When I took it in two weeks ago to get my first service done on it, I spoke to the older lady at the service help desk about it and she said it wasn’t her job to do that, that it was my sales persons job to do that. I really would like to have my money back or get the product put in before it's too late. Other than that and the lady at the service desk, I have zero problems.
