I purchased a new 2013 Edge from Kendall Ford in Wasilla and have had excellent service to date. The new service center is inviting and the treatment from the staff was excellent from start to finish. I appreciated both Carol Tipner and Tami Shelton for their pleasant personalities. That can be difficult to find on either side of the counter these days. Everyone made it a relaxing, stress free experience. Coffee included~ Thanks !
