Dealership Service Review
The servicing in the new facility was speedy, efficient, and friendly. I was overdue for servicing, so it was a great pleasure to have the process take so little time while I enjoyed a cool, clean lounge. The only caveat was minor - so very minor. I asked prior to reporting to the service bay if there was the possibility of a car wash and vacuuming. I was assured that the car would be vacuumed free as part of the service. Once at the service bay, I asked again about the vacuuming and washing. Again, "Every vehicle is vacuumed as part of the service, if you wish to have it run through the wash bay, they'd need to keep the car longer." Great. I could always wash the exterior on my way home. The service manager, Tami, and I walked to my car where she explained the services given. I didn't notice until I was a mile away that the floorboards hadn't been vacuumed. What? I'm sure it was an oversight, yet still, I was disappointed. Here we are a week later and I still haven't hauled the vacuum cleaner out there to do it myself!
