The only thing I would have to say is that Kendall needs to make up its minds if they are taking appointments or not. I called on Friday morning and made a appointment for 10:30 a.m. The appointment was confirmed that evening by phone ;however, when I arrived I was informed that Kendall did not make appointments for oil changes it was a first come first serve basic and that it would be a hour and forty-five minute wait. If you do not accept appointments then I should have been informed of this on the phone and no appointment should have been accepted.
