The service ended up being no worse than originally anticipated before we arrived. However when we arrive for our scheduled appointment the representative told us they were running an hour and a half late. I had made the appointment an hour and a half before showing up so I was concerned and baffled why an appointment would be made when their work load was already backed up. We ended getting the service completed in a timely manner.
