Very friendly, returned phone calls promptly and was as excited as I was with my purchase. Even though I had my own financing pre approved, I was told that Ford would be happy to do a loan for me. I wanted to keep the business local as I am from Soldotna, AK. Your Ford dealership is the only one to go to in this state. Kendall Ford of Wasilla ROCKS!
