The staff was cheerful and courteous, the waiting area was comfortable and had free wifi. My oil change was done in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was similar to what I pay at quick lube type places (it was actually a couple dollars less). Reading over the paperwork later, they mentioned something noted as damaged during the inspection, but no one talked to me about having it repaired, I'm a little miffed about that.
