My husband Mike and I started a post retirement business. We needed a van, we research several and choose the Ford transit connect. Our customer rep was James Lane. He was professional and polite. We believe he had our best interest at heart. Mr. Nye also was great he approved a deal that we were comfortable with, and Mr. Nye also had our interest in mind.
