Kendall Ford of Wasilla

Our salesman, Jeff Ford, was very helpful and was able to get us a better deal on financing through Ford Motor Credit than our Bank was able to offer us. This was a difficult sale for Jeff as we live in Valdez Alaska and all of our talks were over the phone before we actually went in to get the truck. The only thing I did not like was the fact that I wanted a set of studded tires in this deal and the dealership just told me they weren't available this time of year so I did not get them. Being able to drive to Anchorage for part of the winter is important to us here in Valdez and those studded tires were an important part of the deal that I wanted included. So now I will have to find the rims and obtain the tires at a latter date that will most likely involve an extra trip to Anchorage. Overall our experience with Kendall Ford was a very good one and people we know here in Valdez have highly recommended Kendal Ford. I have always been a Ford truck person having driven nothing but Ford trucks most of my life. I hope to develop a great relationship with Kendall Ford. Thanks for a good experience!
