We didn't have an appointment and they were really busy that day but they could still fit us in because we just explained that we had to drive to kenai from Wasilla for a week and would be hauling heavy trailer so we really needed an oil chang really bad , they took the truck right there and it took like 30 min , really appreciate it guys awesome job.
