Dealership Service Review
After making an appointment and taking my truck in to be serviced, I was told they would need to keep my vehicle for a few days. I’m a single father of three small children so I had to rent a vehicle which was fine because the service advisor said I would be reimbursed since it’s under warranty. After 5 days and several several phone calls that were never returned, I finally got ahold of the guy I dropped my truck off with and he informed me that they “forgot” about my truck and it was diagnosed but never worked on. He said they don’t have time to work on it so come pick it up. I turned in my rental receipt and found out that I had been lied to and that they wouldn’t reimburse me. I have emailed the service manager and general manager several times and of course have not heard anything back from either one.
