Great experience at Lexus

Was looking for a used Highlander and ended up buying a new Lexus. Saleswoman went above and beyond to help me. She answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and pleasant. If she didn’t have an immediate answer she got it within minutes. Purchase paperwork was handled quickly. I was introduced to head of all departments. She ran through all car systems during sale and before I took car home. She made the experience special.
