Kendall Lexus of Alaska

I recently moved to Alaska from California. I was an owner of a Lexus SC 430 (sports coupe) that was not going to survive Alaska. I have never lived in snow, but I felt as though I needed to purchase a truck (I have never owned a truck) to feel comfortable driving in the snow. Being a Lexus owner, I chose the GX 460. Unfortunately, after one week I didn't want the vehicle. It was a great vehicle, just an extreme change for me. I was not comfortable driving and felt as though I should have gotten a reliable car instead. I took it back to Lexus, about two weeks later, and they were so forthcoming to all my needs and ensuring I was satisfied. From the Sales Rep. that assisted me to the manager and finance department, I now have a vehicle that I love!!!! My fiancé was shocked that I did not lose money in the deal but was able to exchange so easily. He is still shocked at how wonderful the Kendall Lexus Dealership was oppose to others. I cant believe I was able to purchased a vehicle and take it back with not hassle!
