I can honestly say that I have never had a more pleasant buying experience that with this dealership. Extremely low-pressure sales, I never felt uncomfortable or pressured in any way to make a decision, and they highly respected my needs and my goals in the deal. They gave me an absolutely amazing deal on the vehicle I purchased and the vehicle I traded in, making the process an easy decision. Even the finance office was fun! Kevin, Colleen, Cody, and James were all very professional and extremely great to work with. Plus, it all came with freshly baked cookies and delicious coffee! Also, I noticed a weird scratch on the car once I got home, and they immediately got the car back in and had the scratch fixed in about 20 minutes. Amazingly easy and fast service. As long as I am in Alaska, this will now be the dealership I work with. I was already a fan of Toyota, but now Lexus & Toyota have made a believer out of me.
