John in the oil and lube department gave me a great experience. I was waiting for my vehicle to get an oil change. He kept me informed and gave me an honest answer with my vehicle. He is a change to my last car purchase experience who almost turned me away from coming back to this dealership. Awesome guy! I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership since 2000 and Hart in service has always been a pleasure to work with. He is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. He lets me know exactly I need done instead of adding on unnecessary services. Great asset to the company! Very knowledgeable.
