Chevrolet of South Anchorage

I looked at multiple trucks and the sales people were very helpful in answering questions, advising what they had available and showing me the vehicles. When it came time to finalize the deal with the Finance group I feel like they revert back to sleazy when they "don't know the answer to that one" or try to push overpriced add-ons to make their profits. Also, I was told my truck would be ready the next day with the add-ons I agreed to, but when the next day came they were suddenly "swamped" and now it's 5 additional days before my truck will be ready...it's disappointing to be told one thing to get the deal and then that commitment is out the window once the deal is done and no recourse for the buyer. It just says your dealership is typical, [non-permissible content removed]"used car salesmen" selling new cars. It would be nice if you were different, but you're not.
