Long-Lewis Ford Lincoln

I have been to Lexus, Chevrolet, Audi and Ford dealerships. Admittedly it is when my vehicle has had an “issue” (major let’s say) that I really need to be able to trust and know the dealerships standards are to be forthright and honest. I have never had an experience that Long-Lewis did not validate my concerns and “make right” any warranty problems I have had with my vehicle. They just do it. No haggling or acting like they are doing me a favor. I know of dealerships, that family or friends have gone to, that this is not the case. They have been ripped off , lied to and/or dismissed by unscrupulous dealerships. I drive an F150 because of Long-Lewis. Is my truck perfect? Nope. It is out of warranty and I don’t mind that either. This dealer’s service department “has my back”. I will gladly pay for any repairs on my older truck. And when I need a new “ride” I will head back to Long-Lewis Ford.
