I almost drove over 3 hours to another Acura dealership because of the way things went over the phone but then I realized that would be crazy so we decided to drive to Hoover and find us somebody that was kind and wanted to sell us our car. Jacob Byrd is the kind sweet gentleman that sold us our new Acura and we love it and appreciate Mr. Jacob tremendously!
