King Acura

I have a great deal of experience buying cars over the years, and my experience at King Acura far exceeded my expectations! After reviewing the 2020 MDX A-Spec online, I saw that King had one at their dealership. I put in an online request and was quickly contacted by my salesman, Rich Quarles. Rich answered all my questions honestly and with detail, which I appreciate. We did much of the preliminary paperwork over text and email, so by the time I got to the dealership the next day to test drive the MDX, I was in and out in a little over 2 hours! Great customer service from the entire King Acura staff that we met, and Rich was truly amazing and efficient! Great job!
